Cape Elizabeth

Cape Elizabeth is the birthplace of legendary movie director John Ford. Joan Benoit Samuelson, the first winner of the Women's Olympic Marathon was raised in Cape Elizabeth and graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School. The Town contains Portland Head Light, the most photographed lighthouse in the world. Edward Hopper's painting, "Lighthouse Hill", showing Cape Elizabeth Light at Two Lights, is the country's most famous lighthouse painting. It is part of the collection of the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Falmouth

Falmouth is located 1 town north of Portland.. The population was 11,185 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. This northern suburb of Portland borders Casco Bay and offers one of the largest anchorages in Maine. Town Landing offers a public beach, a pier, and beautiful views of boat moorings and the Casco Bay islands. The town is home to three private golf clubs and the Portland Yacht Club.

Gray is a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. The population was 7,761 at the 2010 census.[4] It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. Gray is located at the intersection of state Routes 4, 26, 100, 115, 202 and the Maine Turnpike exit 63 midway between Portland and the Lewiston-Auburn metropolitan area. The town includes frontage on Little Sebago Lake, Crystal Lake, and Forest Lake.

Westbrook

Westbrook is a city in Cumberland County, Maine, United States and a suburb of Portland. The population was 17,494 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. Originally known as Saccarappa after Saccarappa Falls on the Presumpscot River, it was a part of Falmouth until February 14, 1814, when it was set off and incorporated as Stroudwater. It soon changed its name to Westbrook after Colonel Thomas Westbrook, a commander during Father Rale's War and King's mast agent who was an early settler and mill operator.

Yarmouth

Yarmouth is a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States, located twelve miles north of the state's largest city, Portland, and one town north of Cumberland, about 15 minutes north of Portland. The town was settled in 1636 and incorporated in 1849. Its population was 8,349 in the 2010 census. As of 2015's estimation, this is about 0.6% of Maine's total population.
